Stay and Dine at The Retreat at Elcot Park
Dating back to 1772, The Retreat has a storied past including once being the home of Lady Shelly, mother of the great poet Percy Bysshe Shelley. Historic connotations pop up across the property, with each of the unique rooms named after historical and influential figures and points of interest. Following the success of The Mitre Hampton Court as part of The Signet Collection, The Retreat continues the brand’s celebrated design aesthetic, blending the old with the new and adding a touch of quirky British sensibility. The winners can choose to dine in either of the hotel's two restaurants. The hotel’s brasserie is a dazzling space set in the Orangery that serves dishes such as harissa roasted sweet potato and garlic or herb gnocchi with a mushroom velouté. Meanwhile, Yü is the hotel's pan-Asian restaurant where dishes such as Chawanmushi, Sushi, and Yellowtail Sashimi with Truffle Ponzu dressing are served. The winner will check into one of the hotel's gorgeous bedrooms which boasts warm tones, captivating views of the rolling Berkshire countryside and a plush queen or king-size bed. During their stay, the winners can also make use of the hotel's very own Health Club which boasts an indoor vitality pool, outdoor infinity pool and more.
