An Exotic Caribbean Vow Renewal for Sarah & Andrew

An intimate ceremony brought to life with blooming bouquets, close family, and their love for each other was all Sarah and Andrew needed to make their vow-renewal just right; a celebration of which created even more wonderful memories of their lives together so far.

In comparison to their New York wedding, the pair decided that they wanted a ceremony of equal beauty yet opposing aesthetics – settling on the serene, magical beaches of St. Lucia. Surrounded by the lush Caribbean landscape and the vast, indulgent setting of the East Winds resort, the couple’s relaxed energy was inevitable – laughing with their family, dancing to cheerful tunes, and having the time of their lives on a gorgeous beach... “Sarah took a pair of high heels to wear on the day,” smiles Andrew, “but ended up just walking barefoot across the sand, dancing to our favourite song!”

The happy pair dressed perfectly for the tropical occasion – Sarah glowing in her floral-embellished white dress, barefoot in the warm sand and carrying a specially-made bouquet of native, colourful flowers. Andrew paired his white grandad-collared cotton shirt with some beige linen trousers, and a button-hole-flower to match the bouquet – their light, calm outfits harmonising with the gentle waves rolling in behind the ceremony.

The venue itself was one of the most impactful elements of the renewal for the couple, its expansive gardens and beaches, and endless arrays of facilities and lovely staff helping Andrew and Sarah make their special ceremony possible – and exactly how they imagined it to be. 

“It was such a beautiful day, and the walk across the beach to the wedding gazebo was such fun,” Sarah gushes. “We both absolutely recommend East Winds to everyone, with no doubt!”

A charming beachside renewal ceremony full of family, love, laughter, and sunshine was a celebration of which the couple aren’t likely to forget any time soon, and the perfect way to re-enhance their beautiful marriage after all this time spent together.
