Two Lovebirds Tied the Knot in Beautiful Swiss Gardens

Guillaume and Tanja’s beautiful love story began between the bustling vibrancy of Times Square in New York City. Down on one knee on the glistening sidewalk, Guillaume took his chance and asked his soulmate the question that had been running through his mind over and over again… with Tanja wasting no time in saying "yes"!

The bride and groom knew from that very moment what their dream wedding would look like. They wanted a rustic venue with high-class, traditional food and stunning wines nearing the border of Switzerland. After viewing the beautiful gardens at the Ristorante Da Enzo, in Ticino, they were blown away by the magical, romantic ambiance of the venue. It was a perfect match! Confident and certain within their vision, they organised the wedding with Priscilla, their planner, in only four months’ time.

Having a good time with all of their guests was the most important element of the couple’s wedding day. Due to the pandemic, they decided to invite 60 guests - a mix of their closest friends, and dearest family. Dancing through the gardens, with a soul-funk live band and lovely company, was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

As Tanja & Guillaume are of French and Italian heritage, the decorations they selected were a classy combination of their countries’ colours. Soft, baby blues, elegant, pristine whites and fresh eucalyptus greeneries filled their charming ceremony, layering the day with an extra touch of personality and beauty.

The couple share an avid sweet-tooth, wanting to have a huge wedding cake with chocolate, raspberry, vanilla and fruits on their special day! At Anny's Cupcake Bakery, they spent the day together, trying all sorts of tiny, delicious tasters - all sorts of flavours, from champagne, to passionfruit, to raspberry had their eyes shining in excitement, ready to start designing their own!

Walking down the aisle to "All of Me" by John Legend performed by a live band, all eyes were on the happy couple in wonder, admiration and love - the emotional, beautiful ceremony creating enough memories to last the bride and groom a lifetime.
